I found Reiki unintentionally due to chronic neck strain. I had gone to the physical therapist, tried heat, and stretching, but nothing was giving me the relief I desperately needed. The only thing that was helping a bit, was a massage every week. My usual therapist went on vacation and knowing that I had to keep regular appointments she recommended the other therapist and told me she does Reiki Massage. I had no clue what Reiki was; I really didn't care as long as I got a massage.

I was excited to see what this Reiki was, but not knowing what to expect, I really didn't allow myself to relax...so I didn't notice a lot during the session. HOWEVER, it was the following day, that I realized that I felt REALLY happy and for no reason at all, especially when my neck still hurt. Every time, I'd go back, I would feel SO much better mentally and I was hooked...I HAD to have Reiki in my life!

60+ Reiki sessions later and 6 levels of trainings is how Wyoming Reiki got started. I have given over 100 Reiki sessions to others. When I initially went to learn Reiki it was sheerly just to learn and try to understand how this was working so amazingly in my own life. However, that transformed into a deep desire to share the wonderful and profound healing benefits of Reiki with others...I hope you're one of those people!
